All services, including PC builds, repairs, upgrades, and installations, are provided based on your request and requirements. Prices shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on diagnostics or part availability. Fixed quotes are confirmed before any work begins.
3. Payments
Payments are due upon completion of service or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the booking or purchase process.
4. Warranty & Liability
All custom-built PCs include a one-year service warranty covering assembly and setup. Manufacturer warranties apply to individual components. FixByAlex is not responsible for third-party hardware failures or data loss. Data backups are the customer's responsibility unless specifically requested.
5. Repairs & Diagnostics
Repair services may involve testing and temporary access to system files. Customers must provide consent for any data handling. FixByAlex takes reasonable measures to protect data but is not liable for accidental loss or corruption during repair or reinstall processes.
6. Delivery & Pickup
Local pickup and delivery are available within the Plymouth area by arrangement. Shipping outside the local area may incur additional fees. FixByAlex is not liable for damage caused during transit unless handled directly by us.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a service prior to any parts being ordered or work being carried out. Refunds are available only if the service has not yet begun or if a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period.
